A big thank you to Christo, Thomas, Mathilda, and Franck for taking such great care of our 16-year-old daughter during her elementary course. Your gentle teaching approach (personalized advice, systematic debriefings, respecting the student’s pace, supporting her desire for autonomy, and celebrating her achievements) allowed her to gain technical skills while enjoying herself over the five days.

All of this was done in a positive and supportive atmosphere, with plenty of time dedicated (as many flights as the weather allowed!) while maintaining respectful rules for other paragliders and the environment. Serious professionals who don’t take themselves too seriously 😉. See you soon for the next steps!

We had a wonderful week in the Pyrenees taking our first steps as solo paragliders with Kymara. Our instructors were highly experienced, knowledgeable, and great at teaching in both French and English (thank you!). Everything was professionally run; we received updates the night before flying confirming the plan for the next day, and that the weather conditions were suitable for us as beginners. All kit was new and well-maintained. The lessons were almost entirely practical, with the theory woven throughout the days - no long sessions in the classroom. All in all, a brilliant flight school run by lovely people. Highly recommend! Five stars.

I completed my elementary course with Kymaya in early May 2023, followed by a progression pack and a thermal flying course in Àger, Spain (March 2024). Discovered Kymaya through a 5-day elementary course. A wonderful experience that allowed me to fulfill a dream: flying. A fantastic team of instructors sharing their passion with great teaching skills. By the third day, I had my first solo flight, and the only thing I wanted after landing was to go again.
