Meeting Point: Port de Lers
Take off in the heart of the Ariège mountains with Kymaya
How to get there?
From Foix (approx. 45 min):
- Take the National Road 20 (N20) towards Tarascon-sur-Ariège.
- At Tarascon-sur-Ariège, take the Departmental Road 8 (D8) towards Vicdessos.
- Continue on the D8 following the signs for Suc-et-Sentenac and then Port de Lers.
- The meeting point is located between the mountain pass (Col de Lers) and the lake (Étang de Lers).
Note: The takeoff site offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Ariège massif.

👕 Your Equipment
At 1400m altitude, the air remains cool even in the middle of summer! Please bring:
- Closed-toe shoes (sneakers or hiking boots)
- Trousers and a long-sleeved top
- A windbreaker or warm jacket
- Sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses) and water
